: In the following cases, the nominated directors can be removed by the Government of Nepal and the elected directors can be removed by the majority of the shareholders present in the general meeting.
(a) in the event of any disqualification set forth in Section 9, or
(b) If absent from the committee meeting more than 3 times in a row without the permission of the committee and if the reason for such absence is deemed unreasonable from the point of view of the Government of Nepal in case of nominated director and from the point of view of the general meeting in case of elected director, or
(c) If it is proved that he is a shareholder in any contract lease with the Institute in violation of Section 16.
